The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 to 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Are there still delivery delays?
Assume there will be. Whilst some delivery services have returned to normal, we're still strongly recommending to allow for some delays. Always order ahead.
How much longer should I expect?
Due to customs restrictions in the US right now, you can expect a delay of an extra 2 weeks on products once they arrive in the country. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about this so we would strongly advise that you order your products ahead of time especially when placing an order for a gift.
Packages may be be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in your country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties, VAT & fees.
